anyone outside our company. We do not sell our customers’ names to other companies.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Due to various restrictions on shipping agricultural products
internationally, special arrangements must be made to ship outside the United States with the purchaser
agreeing to pay the associated costs. Please contact Sharp Bros for further information.
ORDER BY PHONE OR FAX
You can place your order by phone, 1-800-451-3779, between 8:00am and
5:00pm (central time), Monday through Friday. Please have your order and credit card number ready when you
call. You can fax your order to 1-660-885-8647, 7 days a week, 24 hours per day.
ORDER BY MAIL
Mail your orders to: Sharp Bros. Seed Co., 396 SW Davis St – Ladue,
Clinton, MO 64735. Please include your check, money order, or credit card number and expiration date with
the order.
WARRANTY
The Purchaser must make any claims for errors involving shortage or
omission in writing within ten (10) days after receipt of shipment. Liability shall be limited to
replacement or refund of purchase price.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
A 10% restocking fee is charged on all seeds returned for
credit. Prior to returning the material, please contact Sharp Bros. at 1-800-451-3779, for a Return Material Authorization number. Custom mix orders CANNOT be cancelled after the
mix has been prepared for shipment. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any material returned for
refund. If Purchaser finds any damage when unloading material, it will be the Purchasers responsibility to
obtain the necessary verification from the carrier and file a claim accordingly.
MINIMUM ORDER:
Sharp Brothers minimum order amount is $25.00
SHIPPING & HANDLING:
Shipping charges are
calculated for exact UPS shipping charges plus a $2.00 per order
handling charge. Packets and Gift Certificates are shipped free of
charge to all locations with-in the US and Canada.
TAXES:
Missouri Residents add 6.25% Sales Tax
DELIVERY:
Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for delivery of all orders.
PAYMENT METHOD:
All payments are in US dollars.
GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Gift Certificates are available in $25, $50, $100 and $50 increments
thereafter.
